The Gospel of Jesus Christ proclaims salvation wholly by grace and never by works of the law. But genuine freedom is not merely doing what we want without regard to God’s will and callings but to walk by the power of the Holy Spirit as we continually root our identity and destinies in Christ through continual repentance and joy-filled obedience, pursuing transformation into Christ-likeness.
